Who we are

Meet our compassinate founder dedicated to community support and well-being.

Drops of Unity is a dedicated organization committed to empowering underserved communities. Our founder’s passion for advancing underserved communities drives our efforts to provide essential resources and support.

Our Story

Dear Dedicated Ally,

I believe that everyone deserves access to clean water, nutritious food, and essential resources that support the whole person. Recent findings by the EPA, reveal 12.8 million lead pipes in water systems across the country, have underscored the urgent need for clean water solutions. As climate change accelerates, natural disasters like floods and fires will only worsen these existing challenges, threatening the well-being of our communities.

Despite these obstacles, there are sustainable solutions within reach. Our commercial-grade water filtration systems can remove up to 98% of harmful contaminants, purifying up to 748 gallons of water per hour. But our work goes beyond clean water—we focus on empowering communities with the resources they need to adapt, thrive, and build healthier futures.

Through my work in emerging markets, I have seen how access to basic necessities can transform lives, especially in the face of growing environmental pressures. Drops of Unity is committed to making a tangible difference by addressing these critical needs with transparency, accountability, and responsible use of resources.

We all share the responsibility to protect our planet and uplift those around us. I invite you to support our mission at Drops of Unity or become a force for good in your own way. Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive, lasting change, one drop at a time.

With gratitude,
Julia G. Ko

Our Approach

Drops of Unity is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit. We work to provide clean, uncontaminated water to centers of human activity and congregation throughout the United States.

Water is the primary medium through which people will experience climate change. Water availability is affected by increased flooding which damages sanitation facilities and contaminates water sources. In the aggregate, system vulnerabilities, the cascading events of droughts and increased pollutant loads in our water will have an outsized impact on people, both urban and rural.

Clean drinking water is a basic right. Currently, there are tens of millions of Americans from the West Coast, the Midwest and the South, representing every demographic, drinking water laced with arsenic and lead. Commercial filtration machines powered by reverse osmosis is one of the best methods to ensure that everyone has access to sustainable water. It is a long term mitigation strategy that can certainly tackle the multidimensional problem.
